Fair housing laws protect people from discrimination throughout all stages of their interactions and create a sense of community for your customers. You are responsible for complying with fair housing laws and treating all people in a non-discriminatory manner through all forms of communication: phone, email, text or in-person.

Failing to train all associates who interact with customers, including maintenance team members, on Fair Housing laws is one of the most common violations of fair housing laws.
